Processing Guidelines

1. Dilution: Dilute with water at 1:4-6 (volume ratio). Room temperature operation is standard; heating (40-50°C) accelerates oxide removal.

2. Procedure:

Immerse degreased workpieces for 5-10 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Final rinse in deionized water (1-3 minutes) to prevent spotting.

Dry and proceed to plating or packaging.
