Processing Guidelines

1. Pre-Treatment: Degrease → Acid pickling → Rinse.

2. Polishing: Immerse workpiece (anode) in solution (60-70°C); apply 2-15V for 3-5 minutes.

3. Post-Treatment: Rinse → Neutralize (5% NaOH) → Dry.

Note: For initial use, higher voltage is recommended to activate the solution (indicated by light green coloration).
