Applicable Materials

This product is suitable for a range of stainless steel grades, including:

  • SUS301, SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, and SUS321.
  • Not suitable for SUS303 and SUS201 due to material-specific limitations.

Processing Guidelines

1. Direct Immersion: Use undiluted; soak cleaned parts for 2-15 minutes.

2. Rinsing:

Flush with flowing water post-passivation.

For complex geometries, neutralize with 2-5% NaOH to remove residues.

3. Container Requirements:

Permitted: Plastic or stainless steel.

Prohibited: Copper/iron containers (risk of contamination).

Recommended Process Flow

1. Degreasing → 2. Water rinse → 3. Acid pickling/activation (optional) → 4. Water rinse → 5. Passivation → 6. Flowing water rinse → 7. Neutralization (if needed) → 8. Final rinse → 9. Pure water wash → 10. Drying.
