Recommended Usage

1. Immersion: Dip degreased workpieces for 2-10 minutes.

2. Rinsing: Flush thoroughly with water.

3. Final Rinse: Soak in purified water (1-3 minutes).

4. Drying: Air-dry or bake for immediate use.

Wastewater Treatment

ACEP-PRE-018 does not contain heavy metals, and the spent cleaning solution can be neutralized using lime, sodium carbonate, or sodium hydroxide until the pH reaches 7-8 before discharge. Approximate NaOH dosage: 40 g/L.
