Recommended Usage

  • Pre-Cleaning: Degrease and remove oxides via acid pickling or alkaline cleaning. Rinse thoroughly.
  • Passivation Treatment: Immerse copper parts in ACEP-PRE-023 at RT-55°C for 3-5 min.
  • Rinsing & Drying: Rinse with water, then dry using air blow, centrifugal drying, or low-temperature oven (<80°C).
  • Optional Dilution: For inter-process protection, dilute with DI water (1:1-2 ratio) to reduce costs.

Precautions:

  • Ensure that all pre-treatment processes such as cleaning or acid pickling are completed effectively before applying the anti-tarnish agent.
  • Be cautious with drying temperatures. Avoid excessive heat to preserve the quality of the passivation film.
